This was a project focused on restoring water damage resulting from a leak in the building. We collaborated with their insurance to upgrade their kitchen and bathroom into a newer and improved version! Installation of kitchen cabinets. New flooring across the whole apartment. Painting the walls of the apartment. Installing new appliances.

The renovation at Park Avenue South combined modern upgrades with the requirements of an insurance restoration claim. In the kitchen, custom two-tone cabinetry, quartz countertops with a continuous backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances create a sleek, functional space. Details such as under-cabinet lighting and a built-in spice drawer enhance convenience while elevating the design.
The bathroom was transformed into a spa-like retreat with a wood vanity topped in marble, brushed nickel fixtures, large-format porcelain tiles, and a frameless glass shower enclosure. Integrated LED lighting and mirrored storage add both brightness and practicality.
As part of the insurance claim, all water-damaged areas were demolished, remediated, and rebuilt to NYC code standards. The project not only restored the home to its pre-loss condition but also increased its long-term value with durable finishes and timeless design
