Scope of Work 

At this E. 29th St. residence in Murray Hill, NYC, the apartment suffered significant water damage due to an ongoing leak. As a result, extensive mold growth developed, compromising the safety and livability of the space. NYTDR managed the mold remediation process from start to finish, working directly with the client’s insurance company to maximize the claim payout and ensure all necessary work was fully covered.

Full Renovation Process
