KITCHEN RESTORATION IN QUEENS, NEW YORK, NY - 2025

This project focused on restoring a kitchen that was severely damaged by fire and smoke.
Our team worked closely with the client’s insurance company to not only restore the space, but to reimagine it with a fresh, upgraded design.

The restoration included:

Removing all fire- and smoke-damaged materials
Installing new kitchen cabinetry and countertops
Replacing all flooring in the affected area
Repainting walls and ceilings
Installing brand-new appliances

The result is a fully restored kitchen that feels brand new—modern, clean, and brighter than ever.

This Queens project began as a fire damage restoration and evolved into a complete kitchen transformation. After the fire, all affected materials were safely removed, the space was remediated, and rebuilt to meet NYC code standards.

The new kitchen features custom two-tone cabinetry, quartz countertops with a continuous backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Subtle details such as under-cabinet lighting and a built-in spice drawer add both convenience and sophistication.

What started as a fire restoration became an opportunity to create a brighter, more functional, and modern kitchen—blending durability with timeless design
