This Manhattan apartment underwent a complete transformation led by the NYTDR team, blending high-end design with essential restoration work. What began as a water damage repair evolved into a full kitchen and bathroom renovation, resulting in a clean, modern, and highly functional space.

In the kitchen, the original layout was completely reimagined. Outdated cabinetry, worn finishes, and aging appliances were removed to make way for a sleek, contemporary design. Custom woodgrain cabinets were paired with soft matte white uppers, creating a warm yet minimalist aesthetic. Quartz countertops with subtle veining extend into a full-height backsplash, offering both beauty and practicality. A peninsula with a waterfall edge adds seating and expands prep space, while wide plank flooring and updated lighting complete the open, airy atmosphere. Every appliance was upgraded, and storage was thoughtfully maximized without compromising on design.

The bathroom saw an equally impressive transformation. The old black-and-white tile, pedestal sink, and bathtub were removed, revealing the opportunity to start fresh. The new design features large-format porcelain tile flooring and full-wall marble-look slabs that bring a luxurious spa-like feel. A floating vanity with a sleek integrated sink adds modern elegance and functional storage. Above, a mirrored medicine cabinet is framed by clean LED lighting, providing both style and illumination. The outdated toilet was replaced with a streamlined wall-mounted model, and a walk-in shower was enhanced with a built-in niche and dual-tone tile detail. Every fixture was updated to polished chrome for a cohesive, sophisticated finish.

Throughout the renovation, NYTDR handled all necessary building approvals and managed the insurance claim process to cover water damage restoration. From demolition to finishing touches, the team ensured every detail was addressed with care and precision, leaving the client with a completely renewed home that feels both timeless and tailored.
